During warm summer months, we barbecue for lunch every other Wednesday. Varied salads accompany a variety of  homemade burgers, stuffed chicken, salmon, shrimp skewers and more. This happens on our beautiful, east facing patio where we serve lunch every day the weather permits. This means there are three ways to enjoy lunch at The Russell Hill: on the patio, in the dining room, or room service. We enjoy supporting our residents independence by providing choices.
